#1 sign you are a horrible coach is if you are getting destroyed and you keep the same formation but just swap the players. As if you can even believe it's the players you need to change.
I liked it better when Conte wouldn't change the formation or the players until 89th minute

Sad to say but that goal shows why Barza's time being a primary starter for Juve is even over. Appears poor guy has lost more than a step. Experience only gets you so far.

Did you miss the speed he used just moments before that? Bonucci should have stopped the pass across which was right at his feet!

Nope , Barza did well actually, the one who got owned was B19 .
Mins before he stoped Morata on 1 vs 1 .

Don't know why the Italian defenders are getting criticized. In modern football you're supposed to have a functional midfield that denies space to players like Isco in front that defense.

Bonucci has always been a clown if you give someone room to run straight at him

Barzagli is average these days. And you don't want average players if you consider yourself a top team. I consider most the players fielded today average. Here's the list from Venturas XI:

Ventura
Barzagli
Spinnazola
Darmian
De Rossi
Candreva
Immobile

That's 6 average players. Ofc you will lose to Spain who has a better bench then Italy starters.

Feels like Italy going to get humiliated in the World Cup if they dont make big changes now.

De Rossi will be 35 in 2018 WC. Shouldnt start anymore.

There are some other players who shouldnt be starting. And this 4-2-4 formation simply doesnt make sense. You can beat the Maltas and Liechtenseins with it.

One has to start question Ventura experience as well. Coached all his career midtable sides. Doesnt really have experience in CL football or top team.
