I'm not sure how could you show that one of Aguero and Rossi proved to be better at int. level than the other one. You can only compare their u-21 international career where the Argie was the best player of the world cup winning team while Rossi achieved nothing, but how did you come to the above conclusion about their senior career at international level?
One is an integral player in their national team, and the other isn't.

One is an integral player in their national team, and the other isn't.
As said, it has to do only with the competition. Pandev is much older than both and he is a one man team for his NT but that doesn't make him more proven at international level than Rossi or Aguero.

Anyway, Rossi is 1 year and a half older than Kun and he has less matches played and less goals scored than Kun for the NT (22/6 for Rossi, 25/9 for Kun). In European competitions Kun has 39 matches/ 20 goals record while Rossi has 39/19. That's almost the same, with Kun having slightly better record.
I see your argument as invalid.
Actually, I'll go a step further and speculate a little by saying that if Rossi was an Argie he wasn't even gonna make the squad.

I'd go so far as to speculate that if Aguero's name was Albert Winterbottom, and he was from
Bolton nobody here would be raving about him.

Odd thing to argue about Bianconero, NT/continental bit. Its bit moot points to make, and defenitely not better. I would get it if you argued league performances, Rossi has had a great domestic season, even if Aguero bounced back last months and scored 2 goals more then Rossi. Atleast bigging up the fantastic season would been understandable.

Rossi is now a regular international player
What do you mean?
Yesterday's match was the first match he started in the official matches for the Azzurri since the match against the Faroes in September. He started from the bench on the previous three matches against N. Ireland, Serbia and Slovenia.

Rossi has shown himself to be an excellent player this year both at club level and international.
He has a great future in front of him.

Aguero has yet to cconvince me of his merit.

Now that's different :D
I wasn't arguing whether Rossi can become great or if he's a great player already. I was simply arguing your point that the Italian is more proven internationally than Kun.

Right: Rossi or Aguero for Juventus?
If the question is who can give more to this Juve, I pick Aguero. But here I don't look at their price tag and wages. If we have 40 million eur and the choice is Aguero for 40 or Rossi for 20+another very good player for 20, I'd pick the second choice.
Like I said in one of my previous posts, for some other teams I think Rossi would be a better choice right now (Barca for example). Kun though is my choice for the better player (not just more talented, but better player overall).

It was kind of logical that Italy seemed like Barcelona because Estonia was missing our 2 (actually 3) best central midfielders. Yesterday on of the CM`s was natural leftback and another is just rubbishplayer who is playing in Cyprus first division.
So Italy beat a very weak Estonia 3-0. Whoopdeefuckingdo, Il Nuovo Espana. Thank you for clarifying.

Lol nothing would ever convince you when you already decided on what you are going to harp on regardless of what was said, but here, another excuse for you to rip into Azzurri:

“It’s too soon to be talking about the Spain friendly in August,” the Coach said at Coverciano on Saturday afternoon.

“It’s not possible to compare us as they have been working together for some time. Hopefully we can get to their levels in a shortly.

“We are looking for our players to grow and a lot of them won’t be playing in Europe next season which is a handicap.”

According to Opta statistics, Prandelli’s team completed 829 passes against Estonia, the most by a team in a Euro 2012 qualifier so far.

"The performance chart yesterday showed good balance,” continued the former Fiorentina boss.

“When you can interpret the game well, every challenge becomes easy, but no match is won before it is played. Our ability yesterday was that we gave our opponents hardly anything.

“There was pessimism around us at the start of my spell, but we still can’t think that we can beat anyone. We are working hard and the results are helping us.”

Giuseppe Rossi opened the scoring last night with a wonderful goal after Prandelli opted to play without a centre-forward in a 4-3-1-2.

“Rossi proved himself to be a complete striker yesterday. He was excellent, combining technique with speed of execution.

“He is a great professional, now mature, and it is a shame that he left Italy to play his club football elsewhere. Some people didn’t believe in him…

“We can use yesterday’s system again, but only if every player does their job. There are no sure starters in this team. Healthy competition can help players to give their best.

“It’s now up to us to get closer to the best national sides, but, I repeat, we have achieved nothing yet.”

Italy are in command of Group C and they will play Giovanni Trapattoni’s Republic of Ireland on Tuesday in a friendly.

"The most difficult moment for me was when I realised that compared to club football, you have to work differently, because of the short time that I am with the players,” the Coach added.

“The best thing is yet to come because we have not done anything. We will have to reaffirm our desire to play football as quickly as Tuesday.”

“Now I’m thinking about the next game, then we’ll consider the future as time goes on.”

Rossi is now a regular international player, and Aguero isn't a and doesn't look to become one in the near future.
Its a bit simplistic way to look at it no? Aguero has played more games and more years in Argentina anyways, but dont you take into account obvious factors like Aguero's competition is Messi, Tevez, Hiquian and Lavezzi. While Rossi's competition is....non?
