So why do you support Juventus? They are an Italian team.
Club football is different from international football. Juventus has had players of several different nationalities and is a publicly-traded business entity. So it's not the same whatsoever. I don't have time for those that consider them to be the same. I'd rather spend my time arguing with people who think giant aliens live within the Earth's crust and speed around in Mach-3 subway systems.

He needs to stop sitting on the fence.
Hehe everything doesnt need to be simplistic or clear cut. Not much fence sitting, possible to be emotional for both, the country that took you in (even adopted by french family) and been all he known since a child, or having strong emotions for his country of origin, fatherland. Someone like Freddy Adu in US is prolly just like him (immigrated from Ghana in same age as Desailly, age 8).

Half of Juventus starting eleven was in the WC2006 winning team, our board is 95% Italien, our staff is Italien, 90% of our players will ALWAYS be Italien.
I bet you'll drag in the Aliens feels like humans on earth argument when you are discussing it.

more the so reason to question your support for Juve, considering they have always had a core of Italians, im actually surprised you're not a inter fan, or do americans dislike south americans too?

what is even funnier is that it wouldn't surprise me that a large proportion of black americans have ghanian descendants and how they influence the culture in america that white americans embrace - i.e. their urban music, yet all i've seen here is "im american and i hate ghanians because they were filthy against us at the world cup"
None of this is relevant. The Ghanian Football Team has nothing to do with the roots of American Music.

And?

I have no problem with Italians, only fanboys like you and Badass Devil who aren't Italian in any way, think they are, and support a nation alien to them. Italian clubs are based in Italy, but you don't need to be Italian to play for them. That's the difference. International football is based on nationality, club football isn't (as long as you aren't the FIGC, another group of raging imbeciles).

Well, excuse me for my country not having a proper football team.
Who died and made you in charge of deciding you have to be Italian to support their NT but anyone can support their clubs?

It was pretty shitty of Rossi to celebrate when he scored against US though. Ozil didn't do it against Turkey and he wasn't even born there. Guy's a little cunt and being from Jersey doesn't help his case. (There's plenty of great people from jersey btw, Rossi's just not one of em)

I did, because that's the only way it makes any sense. In supporting Juventus, you're supporting a club entity, not a particular nation. The club consists of a multi-national makeup of players, staff and investors. So therefore, it isn't the same as the Azzurri whatsoever.

Why don't you hate Juventus because their owners are Italian-American but owns a club in Italy?
