He was horrible at wc cup 2010, and was horrible this season too. (ok in a Shit team). He is nothing special. Marchisio can easily score a screamer for Italy in the euro's since he is in his best form ever. Montilivio played a bad season. Really I don't believe that he will shine. Balotelli is actually the hope of Italy, he is going to be the one to break or make the tournament for Italy. Maybe Cassano too.

If Bali sucks ass I see not someone like montilivio carry the team. I don't get where many guys of you have the endless faith in this Italy squad.

It is a very inexperience squad on the highest level, they might suprise but nothing more

And I am not sure how the team spirit is and if the will work together so well as juve did this season.

Individually perhaps, but collectively as a unit, Holland has been a much better team than Italy over the past few years without a doubt.

Also, i would say it is hugely debatable that Italy have a better midfield. Pirlo is great, when on form, but the rest aren't world beaters by any stretch. De Rossi has not been the world class midfielder he was 3-4 years ago for sometime, so he's riding only on reputation nowadays. Sneider is much better than any attacking CM Italy has to offer, be it Marchisio, Montolivo or anyone else.

Nope. I agree Italy will surprise a lot of people but Holland is still a much better team. I don't know where people get this whole idea that Italy will go to the finals or do that well.
