Marchisio was good, Buffon rarely made saves (could've done better with the goal to be honest), Chiellini did better job at the back than Ranocchia and almost got into fight with Cavani

Oh and Pirlo was decent, nothing special aside from the usual accurate lob pass which didn't help Italy much, unfortunately.

Matri came as a sub, got too little much time on the ball, did have a half-volley shot which he missed but it actually didn't came out as bad.
Pepe had a fairly decent game for a sub, he didn't start too good but things got better. He got a good long shot which Muslera saved, and a low cross which Osvaldo wasted.
