Fair enough saying Italy aren't among the main favourites to win the Euros, but saying Portugal have a better chance? LOL.

I'm liking all this under-estimating of Italy from fans and the media. They usually play better when written off.

Portugal definitely have the talent in their squad. Quite underrated. Ronaldo, Nani, Mereiless, Moutinho, Coentrao, Pepe.

I see a very good squad that is ahead of Italy and France in terms of quality. Their coach atm might fuck it up for them.

Bunch of good individuals, one of the most talented teams arguably, but can they perform as a unit and surpas that boyish attitude. That remains to be seen.

I see Italy as the new Germany. Spain, Germany and Holland are ahead of everyone. About Italy not having the players they used to have.. I think that's a general tendency in football now and it's more about how the team operates, than individual play.
With luck, I do think Italy can win it because of how Prandelli has created a strong unit, and let's be honest, the players are not as crap as some people here thinks.
