I remember when ITA has lots of Juve players on the squad. Know not final group but lol Cambi, Gatti, and Loca. Had Kean and Rovella too. Rumored close to getting Frattesi, Raspadori, and Udogie. Sad! Reading awhile ago possibly Tonali and would sign him in a heartbeat. Has grinta that so many lack on this squad.
I don't know why Gatti is even called up. Savona more deserved.

So we start against the group powerhouse so far in Norway. World ranking #38. Come on now. The match being played in a Norway minor league football type stadium. WIN is only acceptable result.

Funny only 3 Juve players on squad and probably only one playing much. Though a few years back could say 5 players (Kean, Rovella). And with better management negotiating possibly a few Juve players on the squad (Frattesi, Udogie,)

This has probably been said in the previous pages but last time italy won a knockout game in the world cup was 2006 .

2006 - winners
2010 - group stage
2014 - group stage
2018 - did not qualify
2022 - did not qualify
2026 - unlikely to qualify

This country is done.
That is crazy

Honestly I'd happily see Italy miss a 3rd straight world cup if it means Gravina been fucking booted out once and for all.

Another no WC qualification loading?

That was a rough drubbing

but but but Gravina will say Italian clubs so strong in European cup competitions.

I hope that cunt rots in hell soon.

Pickford doesn't even play for a top 8 team in England, but is still their number 1

Meret isn't even better than Di Gregorio and neither is Vicario and look where Spuds ended up in the league lol.

Is it best 2nd place play off? For too long the FIGC has been more about destroying us than it has been about revitalising Italian football.

We are the only club that looked to the future with next gen, state of the art facilities Etc and all they did was try to destroy us. Until there is a change up top this will continue.

Italy's youth teams do relatively well then it all goes to shit.
