Do you mean how much he offered Athletic? Nothing if I recall correctly. We just signed a pre-contract agreement with him in January (which is allowed) and didn't bother trying to negotiate a fee with them as they wouldn't budge out of principle.

Ah ok, thank you. Thought he tried to poach him for a couple millions in January after the pre-contract was signed. I don't think Zenit will let Witsel go for less than 10m and I can't imagine we will pay that much for somebody who will be a free agent in 6 months, though he would be badly needed during AFCON.
