How do I attach pictures I have been trying to do it before

but if I click on IMG below the Subject thread I will only attach the link?

Yes but you have to give the full url of the image. In this case the string you copied is not a valid url, has to start with "http://". In your case I would suspect it's:

http://www.juventus.com/ImagesContent/Competition/Players/400x600/54625.jpg

I meant attaching images like
Erikp or Loppan do

That are attached in the thread as full images and not just

Urls/links to images......
