Juventus bid €35m for Isco
By Football Italia staff

Juventus have dived straight into the €35m race to sign unsettled Real Madrid starlet Isco, battling Manchester City and Milan.

Reports emerged in the Spanish media over the last few days that Isco had requested a transfer because of his poor relationship with Coach Rafa Benitez.

Tuttosport suggested Milan were in the running for a six-month loan, while English papers expect Manchester City to swoop.

Now La Repubblica claim Juventus have contacted Real Madrid with an offer worth €35m.

The 23-year-old creative midfielder had already been linked with Juve over the summer and the club failed to find a suitable alternative.

Juventus are in the Champions League and can offer Isco regular first team football, whereas he’d face more competition for playing time at Manchester City.

It was reported today that Juve were proposing over €30m for Borussia Dortmund man Ilkay Gundogan, but that money could instead be spent on Isco.

Mercato is open for a day and the first insane rumor is out. Nice.

"6 month loan to milan". They arent even trying to make it sound remotely realistic

€35m :lol2:

They'll laugh at us. He won't go for less than 50+, which the EPL teams will happily spend.
You are believing this media that we take an offer, and take your moment to allready try to mock Marotta. Interesting.

signing a player of Isco or Gundogans quality in January would be amazing but very unlikely. Have we ever signed a top player in January? Can't say Barzagli. I mean spent over 25 or 30 m on a player.

Of course this won't happen, but it's a good time to try. Benitez and Perez has made Real camp a toxic and unprofessional cesspool. It's easier finding players who are happy then the reverse. And Isco is one of the ones in open revolt to Benitez. The time to tempt them is now, even if they are unlikely to be foolish enough to do it, there is an opening. Unlike summer when he will have new coach and easier to convince to stay.

Forget the new coach in Madrid- Isco might be going to France this summer strictly as a tourist and I think that is his and his entourage's biggest issue.
That's why Milan tries this low-balling loan BS.

Very true, that changes everything.

Gundogan worth a penny over 20-25mil

This assclown doesnt even bring it in a second/third tier club like Dortmund and you want Beppe to break the bank for him
Todays market has cumbuckets like Iturbe going for 24m to a fishing village. And no one bats an eye, no one. Ofcourse Dortmund can and will receive alot for him when there is market and buyers for him.

Even if that's true, there are still a tone of teams that would offer more than us without even blinking twice.

Man City for example, who are heavily rumoured to be interested in him.
No doubt, just forgot the euro part of it and how much more likely it makes it for him to want to move on (and that in itself is good for us even if others offer for him too). Assumed he had his place on lock for Spain to even consider him losing it.

What we have over City is the possibility to offer him a starting-every day spot. He won;t be a starter for City, especially with Silva back from injury and don;t forget Aguero also played behind the striker, Bony. De Bruyne and Sterling are also starters' material and I can't imagine Isco starting alongisde Toure which also goes forward himself. He already is at a top club and not playing, moving to City will olny change the weather.

BS on both accounts.

Where did you see this 'tone of teams'? And out of that exuberating choice you picked the one-shoe-fits-all team Max Spendcity, whom recently have been linked with Lionel Messi among others. Moreover is Isco just changing one bench for the other or Sterling/De Bruyne still fresh from the shop are getting some quality bench time?

PS: We have to be really agressive, because I can't see a better value oriented proposition coming around anytime soon. He is young, has huge resale value, we are the best team after him and he has one of his best friends playing here as well. Even if we have to fork out 50 mils just do it.
I dream of Reus in a 3 person attack, but in all honesty Isco is just the perfect player for us if we are looking for a CAM or LW.

The second part might well be BS, but it's really big across the media right now, and was thus the first thing to pop into my head.

And there would be a ton of teams interested in Isco if he'd really want to fore a move. You know it's true, if it's not City it's gonna be United or PSG.
