Prandelli "Today the most modern Italian trequartista is Saponara. He has technique, physicality & plays with spirit."

I like Saponara btw, he is a hard working attacking midfielder like Oscar and Rakitic.

++ Very all-round
++ Two-footed
++ great scorer for a AM
++ really hard worker
+ good passer
+ bal control
+ Strenght and length
+- Creative
+- Average sprintspeed

So he hasn't a really big weakness imo, he can also easily pass his man. But maybe is his biggest weakness that he is too all-rounded. I don't know if he can play on a level like Juve or other big clubs. He doesn't look exceptional in anything. But as i said, Rakitic and Oscar are also great attacking midfielders who doesn't really stand out. The other big problem in my opinion is, he isn't really creative imo. He is not standing out with beautiful passes that split the defense line of the opponent like Eriksen or De Bruyne. I don't know if we need that with Dybala, Pogba (who is getting more and more inform and also more creative this season) and Marchisio.

If you can get him for a soft price I will buy him, but i have my doubts if he is better than for example Pereyra.

rakitic offers massive defensive contribution, and that sets him apart from most attacking midfielders. i'd like saponara a lot if he'd have some defensive skills, too. apart from tevez's clinical execution, that's what we've been missing the most this season: defensive midfield authority.

get oscar and lavezzi and this team will be very good.

tactically you could play a 4-3-3 or a 4-3-1-2

wingers: cuadrado, lavezzi, and pereyra
trequartista: pereyra, oscar

and get rid of fucking hernanes who should have never fucking came.
