Doesn't really matter. The best we could do after making a CL final was Hernanes not like you can do too much worse than that when the CL isn't around next year.

So sad. Maybe it's because we didn't win the CL. Had we won it, it would've really pushed us up onto the elite level. That would've really changed the game and Beppe would've pushed hard for Sansone instead of these two losers.

What we need:

1)A good and experienced midfielder who can cover khedira/marchisio when they are not playing

last season we had pogba vidal pirlo marchisio pereyra and sturaro. if one or more players were injured, we still would have had a great midfield to play with. for example if pirlo and vidal were to get injured we would still have pereyra-marchisio-pogba midfield which is great. now we have pogba khedira marchisio pereyra hernanes sturaro lamina. if khedira and marchisio are injured, we have a midfield of sturaro-lamina-pogba which is utter shit imo.

2) A complete right back who can defend, cross, assist and has a bit of brain.

although barzagli has been doing well at RB, we need someone that can specialise in that position. i think lichtsteiner will soon be finished and caceres just likes to get injured.... arguably we probably need 2 right backs if lichtsteiner and caceres leave. I wish we got darmian for 18m instead of getting alex sandro

3) A superb attacker who can complete our attack.

this can be either a number 10 like oscar/isco/goetze or a left winger like anderson of lazio.

4) focues on youth... especially scouting world class youth
we need more pogba like deals. embolo, tielmans, berardi etc...
