Issue with losing Vidal(and tevez btw) is that he embodies the brand of football that made us successful the last few years. We're not the most technical team or use fancy tiki taka to succeed but we use grinta and hard work out there and that has brought us our success. Without Vidal and Tevez btw a big part of what made us so successful is gone.

I refuse to believe this, too many things dont add up.
Lets say its Vidal who wants out. Seems very strange since he's been saying he want to stay so many times recently, so why would he try to force his way out now? But ok lets go along with that - Marotta knows he cant buy a player on similar level in todays inflated market for 35mill, so why the fuck would he not drag it out and start an auction for him? And not just "give" him to Bayern, Im pretty confident there are many other clubs who want Vidal.
Why Bayern? Vidal dont strike me as a player that would be on Peps wishlist? I love Vidal, but his first touch and passing is not excatly WC and isn't that kinda fundamental in Peps way of playing?
Then there is the latest that its Juve who want him out because of his drunk driving? Fuck that as well, we have never been the guadians of morality, so that dont make any sense. We have had many players with far worse problems, so fuck that.
Then there is the theory that allegri dont want him ( which he would be slaughtered for if it came out - and it will if true - it always does ) so that also dont make any sense.
Only good reason for selling him would be if we have the chance to buy a better player - Good luck with that for 35mill....

There had to have been a breach in the relationship between Arturo and the club.

I really can't think of any other reason.

They need funds to purchase a #10 and an AM? Then why did they refuse any overtures for Pogba, when that money could have gotten us a Sandro AND Isco?

This is typical Marotta for me. He seems to always make the tough decisions and get out a player/coach at the right time (debatable if this is the right time. Obviously there is something behind the scenes). He pushed out Del Piero, Conte and Pirlo....

Add the fact we lost that "experience" element in the team. Young fans don't realize how important experience is for the team.
