Disappointed with him as I'm sure you all are.

It's an unforgivable act but at least he owned up to his failings.

Hopefully this is an eye opener for him as I'm sure it will be.

People should remind themselves that football players don't become professionals because they decided to let their doctor title stay dormant and have a bit of fun on the field. With the amount of training and publicity todays athletes have to handle it is clear there are no impulses for anything that would spark their intellect. The best you can hope for is that the parents did put some good values and moral into the guy and that is it. Especially players that changed country early in their teenager phase don't have proper guidance by their parents because they think all there is to learn for life is football. .. these are situations that create little Cassanos, Balitellis or Anelkas. Vidal for all his heart that he shows on the field is intellectually not the sharpest tool in the shed. The more athleticism football embraces the less thoughtful pirlo you will see on the pitch.

Would you have us sell Arturo? I can't remember how he reacted to the nightclub incident but I think he took his punishment, apologised and didn't do the same thing again.
I have not said that, i said re-evaluate.

"future captain" arturo shouldnt pull this stupid shit.

But we should look at what south american players we have, and wether their mentality suits juventus

your spidey sense is on point
Just this thread?
the whole fuckin sweater

So you think he shouldn't get any kind of punishment at all ?
I mean, if the NT wants to then that is their prerogative. I think he is an idiot for risking anything like that but no one was hurt thank God, he apologized publicly immediately in a press conference and now the Chilean government have penalized him as well. What would Tuz experds have done because apparently it wasn't enough?

We are all happy he is safe.

But he should absolutely be punished for this shit. Its good he made a press conference.

I'd now like to see a significant donation towards a fund for victims of drunk driver or traffic accidents

funny how so many here are like "punish vidal" "we should consider selling Vidal" all that bullshit yet nobody seems grateful that he is safe and well. fake fans everywhere :sergio:
first of all - i am happy vidal is fine. BUT

if i read in the newspapers that a random guy died in a car accident
beause he was driving while drunk - i wouldn’t give a shit.

because you simply dont do that if you have a working brain.

just sayin’...

the fact is Vidal didn't kill or harm anyone! if he did then that is a an entirely different argument all together!
