How would 'joining a team without European football, no certainty at all about their strength but a huge salary upgrade' not be about money? So far still rumours 'though. And I could understand he'd be going to a current giant, but not Man United. He has no more CL prospective their than he has at Juventus.
how about ambition? Man united might not be in CL but when they are, they are in to win it. Are we?

My God, how are we not competitive ? We drew the CL winners, (arguably) outplayed them in the second game until Ronaldo's diving syndrome came up and the referee had a brainfart. But of course we're not competitive; It's our management's fault we drew those Danish bastards and Galatasaray since we're obviously on par with them.

We're talking about Man Freaking United here; don't think they're more competitive than us. To clear things up: It's about $$$$ ££££ or €€€€'s.

How is he clearly not tired ? He took a job with way less dedications. It actually points more or less in that direction. The truth is simply unknown here and every opinion or whatsoever is plain and simple speculation.
 It will all about this and United won't offer him much more, that's the absurd part. The one who would gain the most with his sale is his agent, not Vidal.

Juve is not competitive? :lol2: Team that keeps on improving every year, playing in the CL and winnning domestic titles, as opposed to 7th place United, no Europe and very difficult that they'll qualify for the next CL, considering the strength of their rivals.

Sure it does. United won't offer him considerably higher salary, one worth of leaving the current project for very questionable one. He's not a moron, but looks rather naive.

Let's not kid ourselves. It's Manchester United we're talking about, they were either first or second for past decade, they had one choking season and that's about it. They are biggest football brand out there with a huge fanbase. You make it sound like you're talking about a mediocre team while they are without a doubt one of the best clubs in the world. Despite the bad season they had they can easily attract world class players while I can't say the same thing about us. And they will most likely quite easily qualify for the CL next year since they have a good squad and a great coach.

Don't forget that we were also 7th, yet you chose to ignore that and only bring up the titles won. We didn't show improvement really since we won Serie A and reached 1/4 in the CL while previous season we choked in Europe, I'd hardly call that an improvement.

And no, I'm not saying Juventus is not a big club. But you just twist things around for no reason.

United is definitely one of the biggest clubs in the world, but in last few years they kinda lost appeal they've had. Remember last year, when they missed on every big player they wanted, and similar situation is happening now, they remind me of us :D

Not too many top players have they managed to bring this summer, despite the enormous budget, now have they? Herrera? Hardly can be called one.

I'm not forgetting that we're 7th, but that was 3 years ago, and completely irrelevant for discussion. Since then we've been champions 3 times in a row and competing in Europe every year. Even when in CL what results did United obtain in the last few years? Let's see; 2011/12 group stage, 2012/13 second round, 2013/14 QF. Is that much better than us?

Oh no! There is a reason for twisting things around and it is quite obvious.

I am sure if we sold Vidal (our best player) and replaced him with the drug pusher Inter scum and that Mexican taco muncher, some of you will still find a fucking reason to defend the management and continue spewing some BS about ambition and competitiveness. It is really fucking sickening and disgusting at times :yuck: :inter:

Well seeing as they are not in it, he'd better wait a year... Don't you agree ? We're in to win it but it's an illusion, everybody knows it by the standards of the current mercato.

I obviously have no idea what's going on in Vidal's head at the moment, but I know for a fact that he loves Juve and his life in Turin. It's pretty clear that this is the case. That isn't to say he's not keen on a move to Manchester, as he has been very coy on his future of late. But hopefully he's in a state where he's 50/50 to the whole thing (staying or going). If that's the case, hopefully United losing to Swansea today may affect his decision. Not the best start if you wanna go there to win the Premier League.

Not that I believe any of what I just wrote. The only thing that matters in football today is money.

So why did I write it? I'm not yet sure. I'll be back with further comments.

Why wait? So he can get another Serie A medal? We don't even have Conte anymore and Rona got stronger so there's a chance we don't win this year. Joining United means he joins a project.

And seriously, can people stop acting like United is Tottenham?

Niz

It's hectic. Working full time now until Sept. 12, and then I have to write my master thesis fast as hell. Have to hand it in on Nov. 25th.

Can't fucking wait until all of this is over. On the same day that I hand in my thesis, I'm gonna go to Colombia and stay there for a month! That's my silver lining.

How are things with you? We should better take this shit to pm :D
