How about the continassa project, Adidas, and the new improved jersey sponsorship deal we will sign after jeep? It would still take us ten years to be with the big boys? I know this club will never spend silly money like Madrid and the oil teams but the player salary should sky rocket from what it's right now to get the best players. The most likely team we will be similar to when it comes to spending big is Bayern.
About the Continassa, i dont know how it will give us money. What i think it wil definitely give us, is a better quality of life for players and board, and the installations a team like Juventus deserve. About the incoming deals... yes i hope it give us profits at the very least... because when i said gettting near the current power houses...yes im referring to real, MAnu, Bayern, Barca... who seem to have infinite spending power. This will never happen unless elkann pumps all his money in Juve (which will not happen), or the club is bought by a filthy rich businessman.

The aim would be to generate profits year after year at least....if we manage that,,,everything else will come slowly but surely.

We don't need to have money like the oil teams. All that allows you to do is pay 80M when the player is worth 30M.

I thought the Continassa project was going to bring us a lot of money from the hotels and all the other centers they are trying to build. I remember people saying Madrid have similar project like us up and running generating huge amount of money.

Like you said hopefully we will get there one day.

In the financial situation thread theres a debate about this... but i think we are still not clear on how the continassa would benefit us..apart of the obvious of having top notch buildings and facilities, also a new headquearter

I think this can be safely moved to the Players section. Most MU fans gave up already so I don't expect any trolling.

So many clichés. So far we've had the local media, then the 'selling house' story, now the old online shop jersey routine. All that's left is a secret meeting in a restaurant and for him to be seen wearing red out in public.

Its easy and could still happen. Vidal just needs to say he wants out and United need to offer more than 50m. If those two things happen nobody from Juventus will stop the deal.

We have over 1 month left, let's wait and see.
