I honestly don't see him joining Manchester. And I'm not one of those people who think he cannot be sold (I think he won't be sold this summer for sure, though).

However, if he leaves in the future IMO it's only Real as his destination.

Good but fringe player at Chelsea, was desperate to move anywhere. Vidal is important player here, in a club that fights for major trophies every year. I doubt that he would be relishing a prospect to play for the 2nd best club in Manchester.

On a sidenote, some random Juve fan on facebook just seriously thought that Vidal to United for 25 million was a done deal due to this thread

He even mentioned 50% of the fee going to Colo Colo and Leverkusen, and his children being enrolled in Machester schools

Just accept it dude. Conte was on the verge of leaving after the season if he didn't get guarantees from the club. We're not buying WC players and we can't afford those it's true but our club doesn't operate this way even back in the days of Moggi. We only spent huge money after we sold Zidane but this management doesn't want to sell. Before that we spent big money but those are very old times.

Vidal wants to play in CL and you can't give him that. He's not that young any more and you can't guarantee him you'll be there next season. He's said plenty of times he wants to stay here and we had rather a problem with Pogba who never wanted to declare anything than with Vidal.

The only club I could see Vidal go is Madrid.
