2016-17 sounds about right for when perhaps he might fancy trying his hand at one of the two Spanish teams, he would be around 29 by then, and from our POV it is debatable if a player can keep up his current level of stamina past that sort of age. Most at least slow down or adjust their style, especially in the modern game.

His future is also tied to ours, even ignoring what happens at other clubs. Just great to have him here.

Not trying to jump the gun or tempt fate, but looking ahead it's a strong possibility.

As long as he's convinced that we can win CL, he'll defo stay here for long.
If you take Bayern of 5-6 yrs ago as an example, they were in a similar situation as we are now and in terms of standing in Europe at the time but they managed to retain their best players like Ribery and are reaping rewards now tho i wud say their finances at that pt were still better than ours now.Thats the only variable i think which seperates the two when you compare both teams' scenarios.

Hopefully we can overcome that hurdle too.

Vidal " I've known about the interest of other big clubs, but like I've always said I'm very happy at Juventus and my Wife and children are happy in Italy "
