Knowing that losing Conte has upset so many fans, Agnelli and the board should now do all they can to convince Vidal to stay. It will ease the pain for so many fans.

Whether this is possible after what happened tonight, though....

But I hope they give it a damn good try!

Watch us loose Pogba too in January after an early CL exit.

He's gone. He's the reason conte left. Fuck, I don't know how the team can achieve its goals now, I don't know how the club could let this happen. This is disastrous.

the italian national team job
When he could have done both?

I'm sorry, man, but I don't buy that at all.

And if that is the real reason why, then he burned himself out, and basically wants a part time job., and that is his prerogative.

But it also flies in the face of basically every conspiracy theory out there.

well yea he told me that is the reason, he wouldn't turn down the azzurri job and it seems he will be signing that contract

Yeah, but not for a club like Juventus and a NT like Italy.

Only works if at least one of those is a relatively small team.
Doesn't matter. If the club feels that you are doing a good job and it won't impede your ability to coach said club team, they can allow you to do both.

Hiddink did it at least twice

This 100% it's not a part time job for a national team like Italy, this isnt san marino were talking about

Doesn't matter. You said that he is not allowed to be a club coach and a national coach at the same time, when that is simply not true.

The clubs and countries are another argument for another time, but that doesn't mean that he would not be allowed to do so.

no he's not allowed because neither the FIGC or Juventus would want his attention divided! Why do you think lippi left Juve to coach the national team ? They're two separate organizations who want their coach all to them selves

Ok fine.

You win.

Eventually I'm going to get a concussion banging my head into this brick wall.

You made it sound like it was simply not allowed, no matter the circumstances. Which is not true. A coach can certainly do both, its just a matter of whether the club allows it, but that is club policy not worldwide policy, as it has happened in the past on more than one occasion

He can't coach Juve and Italy at the same time ffs. I don't know why anyone would believe that being possible.
Whether it is feasible is totally different than whether by rule, it is allowed. Because it is allowed, as it has happened before.

i am sorry that was the way it came off should have placed allowed in parentheses like this "allowed" would have gotten my point across better :)
