"It's the first time that I’ve scored three goals in a match in my career so I'm happy, especially because we won. After they equalised we tried to score as soon as possible because we wanted to control the game, and we managed it even though it wasn’t easy because of the way they defended."

I think it is a quality of mine that I am always happy. I know how important it is for me to wear the Juventus jersey and I always try to give my all. “I haven’t played as a goalkeeper yet, but the Coach might test me out there! There is very little to go until we sign the new contract. I could sign it tomorrow or the day after, I’m just waiting for the club.”

If there's a player I want us to keep forever, it's him.

You’ll take the ball home. It’s the first hat-trick in your career?
Yeah, yeah. I’ll take the ball home for my son Alonso, so I can tell him about this wonderful Champions League’s night.

From your celebration we can suppose it’s arriving anoter baby, right?
Yeah, she’s a daughter, I’m very happy about this.

Did the risk of a yellow card for the Istanbul match condition you?
Yeah, I didn’t want to be suspended for the Galatasaray match, but as Mister said, we won, I didn’t get booked, so it’s all right.

On your second penalty did you think to change the corner?
No, I just looked at the keeper; he moved right, so I kicked it like the first one.

When you play you do it with a smile and positivity. Do you know you transmit it?
Yeah, it’s one of my qualities. I’m always happy, especially when I’m in a football pitch with the Juventus shirt, and my team-mates give me more and more energy.

You played in a lot of roles in defense and midfield, and you also played as a forward. Goalkeeper it’s the only one you still have to play in?
Exactly (laughs, ndr).

And how are you as a goalkeeper?
If Mister wants, we’ll try it out (laughs).

How close you are to pen the new contract with Juventus?
Very close. We’re really near the agreement, when society will call me I will sign it.

It's so nice of him to refer to Conte as Mister. :D

I've always said, he's got such a good positive attitude, and it's what makes him so successful. Even when he does stupid things, he smiles, moves on, sets up a goal or scores.
