Genuinely curious at whether people realise it's Arbeloa and not Busquets that pushes Vidal? Not sure if it's arrogance or just this generation, none of them look threatening at all in these "fights", more handbags than anything.

Kaka :touched: Madrid killed his career. My favourite non-Juve player.

He's clearly not telling his players to stop doing it though.. which implies it.

I think it's just a strategy to prevent other players from roughing them up. As soon as you touch them they fall like leafs.

Yeah, but try to look at it from another perspective. They are currently the best team in the world that play the best football, nobody can mach their passing, technique etc. So the only way to stop them is to rough them up, play physical and dirty against them. Thats how it's always been done, find the best player and beat him up if you cant match him. Of course they want some protection and try to avoid being roughed up. It's only logical. They want to win and not get injured and they know the other team will try to be extra agressive. And of course players will try to stand up for their best players, for the same reasons.

Busquets is class, I wish everyone learns from him the barca way.

As for Vidal, it seems we are all up for a disappointment because it looks like Conte will use him out of position.

What makes you say that?
“He’ll need a little time to get into the system and find his fitness. I saw that with Chile he played everywhere except in goal, but we signed him to be a central midfielder.

Forza Vidal. I love such attitude from players.

I bet Busquets shat his pants when he watched that replay after the game.
