Maybe his passing was off today, but he's an absolute monster in the midfield. He's always pressing and fighting to get the ball back into Juventus possession. He also has a goal and 2 assists for us.

He's playing well, maybe Marchisio is stealing the spot light with the several goals he's been scoring lately but I believe both midfielders are playing a significant part in our success.
the system is right, but the individual performance is lacking.

beast in tackling but poor passer...what more has he shown than Momo or Melo to be so highly rated, especially for Juve?

It's like comparing Conte to Davids. You just don't.

You just mix them together and enjoy the magic.
except the fact that I never compared them in the first place...others may have done so, but don't put that on me.

You suck, you're like cron.

'I don't trust Buffon in goal anymore' :sergio: Who would you trust more than Buffon? Storari? Abbiati? De Sanctiis? Telephone head Cesar? Marchetti? Or maybe Almunia?
Buffon has not been in top form at the back, was poor in his last game too...don't shoot the messenger.

Ahmed the troll. I thought I would never see the day.

What this guy is doing is actually giving the midfielders more space to roam in, especially for Pirlo. We would be so unbalanced without him in the team. His passing wasn't great yesterday, but what he lacks there, he shines in others, even if his passing isn't much of a problem as some guys are intending it to be.

Keep the 4-3-3 against Napoli too. Let this guy run and destroy.

his passing has not been great at all, not just yesterday...hasn't been a problem? they nearly scored on us from his error, 5 mins into the match.

giving Pirlo freedom to roam? he's the one running around all over the place...its poor discipline.

keep 4-3-3 its great but either he picks up his game, or get Pazienza in there.

It's clear as daylight that it's not his passing you don't like. You just dislike the player himself.

I think conte make vidal and marchisio confused because it's not entirely clear who's doing what job, maybe vidal should be given a pure DM role while marchisio is the one going forward...

No it doesn't mean that, many posters pointed to some aspects of his game wich he should get better at, hell Asif was critical of him every game. His passing has been bad for a quite sometime but i'm unlike you don't think he's great passer like he's made to be. And i like the way he pressure upfronts but on other hand he doesn't help in our last third as he should be. There are areas on his game where he should pick it up that doesn't mean we hate him.

great, another one who plays the hater card and shirks from answer the question.
I'm not playing any card here, but it seems you're playing the dumb one here.

What you call poor discipline, I call orders from the coach to cover a lot of space and tackle what's in front of him. It's working really well, so I don't see how you could be against it. His passing by all means wasn't perfect, but who was? What he offers to the team is much more than just passing, and still I repeat, it's not as bad as you're pointing it out to be. You even questioned his game and compared him to Momo and Melo. Now you're saying bench him for Pazienza. It's better if you stick with being a hater, else it kind of makes you look dumb.

Please don't put words in my mouth. He's not a great passer, I don't know from where you got that impression that I said so. I was merely pointing out that what he brings to the table is much more than decent passing.
