He has been acting like an idiot recently. He should have been red carded in against peru and he should have been red carded against barca. And that drunk driving BS and the partying last season. He hasn't been good for a year too. He needs disciplining.
Relax. He was very good the last couple months of the season. Once his knee wasn't on his mind all the time, and he was able to regain a lot of his confidence. It takes a lot of time to recover when you play on a torn meniscus to secure a record points haul, get surgery, cut the recovery timetable in half, so that you can play a WC before you're anywhere near being fit...

That CL final was against the best team in the world, and he lost Iniesta on that first goal. It rattled him, he got intensely wound up trying to make up for his mistake, and nearly got sent off. Except he didn't. And then he played a very solid last 65 mins, or so.

The drunk driving is inexcusable, and we'll have to wait and see if there are any further punishments handed down to the player, outside of the law. I also do think that the experience will be a huge eye opener for him, I think he understands what he nearly did to his family.

Forget what his agent says. There is no smoke without fire. He wants to play with his old pal Alexis Sanchez. Everyone wants to play in the Premier League. We have tonnes of unmanageable debt and need to sell. We already bought his replacement in Khedira. We have had enough of his disgusting behaviour and want this drunkard out of the club. Paul Merson is an Arsenal legend. As is Tony Adams. As is Kenny Sansom. Arsenal can pay him more so he can go there and buy himself a new Ferrari. Everyone wants to live in London.

Those right THERE are the FACTS.
No, Jay, they're not. Because we all fucking know that Pirlo is leaving for MLS --that's why we signed Khedira. Buying Sami wasn't the problem. The fucking problem was buying Pereyra -- now the numbers just don't add up.

Tevez. Pirlo. Vidal. The Boston Bruins. The San Francisco 49ers. FML.

That's a very good question, Sir. A very tough question, also.

I think that's about the number, really -- because the team was better than they showed last year, but lost so many core guys. 5-6 wins? i don't know. Although I do think that if we can somehow miraculously plug that O-line, the offence will be a better unit than what we saw last year (which isn't that hard, but it could be a pretty fun rebound to watch).

There's not really any way to replace what the team has lost on defense. Worried about the line, more worried about the CBs, but hopefully we can get some early production from the young guys.

Tough to watch this offseason, really hard to see my two favourite players leave the team (Pat, Gore). Glad they both did what was best for themselves, though (looking forward to seeing Frank make a deep run).
