Whenever I've been to Florida I've always been amazed how prevalent drink driving is, i.e. walking out of a club stumbling around and driving off, next to no cops around to pounce on people. Over here it is very frowned upon, I've even seen people get into fights over it.

I'm sure there are enough people who risk it after 2-4 pints down the pub, I know one guy who did it a few weeks back.

Problem comes when it terms of the NT, because although team captains & coach alligned themselves to protect Arturo, the ANFP (Chilean Football Association) can suspend him regardless of team/coach's opinion.
