Am I the only that thinks that this is not a big deal?
No, i think the same.

This.

Either the amount report is wrong or there is more to the Vidal story than we know.
Nah, its just juventus who always have demanded their players to act like model professionals, more then any other team in italy, and want to make a big point to do it with one of their 3 best players.

Remember how Juventus fined Pogba and suspended him for a game for beeing late ? How Conte (or was it Marotta but i think Conte), publically stated it was not acceptable ? How alot of people here found it to much, aswel as his Agent FatFuckRaiola ? Pogba accepted the fine and suspension and apploogised.

Vidal has to do the same now

bonbon and gigi both talking about how important arturo is (~1:15+)... quite unusual for a highlight video from juventus channel :).

People who think this is a low fine and far to severe, need to realise that this strictness is why none of the typical apeshit happens at juventus, and when it occasionally does, it gets smashed.

If south americans want to come here and act like fucking morons, grab the riches and /care about performance and party all night with fugly haircuts and douchebag friends, then there is always ac milan

This is fucking juventus. We dont tolerate that shit. Live by our standard and you will be loved.

Vidal always had a model behaviour at Juventus. Whatever shit he did at Chile NT 10 yrs ago doesn't concern us.

He should only be fined for showing up late to training, regardless of any possible fight, more like 10/15k. 100k is a joke. Unless he showed up drunk or stg.

Anyway this doesn't look good. Something serious happened, otherwise Marotta would downplay it - which he didn't. Also you don't leave one of your most important players at the bench in one of the most important matches of the year because he was late 20min for training.

And Vidal actually didn't look right in the past games. He seemed to be kind of away, I'd never seen him do that before. Maybe he's having personal problems with his wife or stg.

I just hope the club stands by him, support him and does not let this thing become actually relevant.

Brilliant idea.

Yeah, but why he should be charged for the fighting though?

Imagine someone from your work would charge you because you were in a fight last night with some moron who started it all?

I'm not a public figure, he is. Consequences will be different for him, whether or not it's fair doesn't even matter.

Besides, I'm pretty certain it's detailed in his contract what he can or can not do, considering he basically represents Juventus at all times. I'd say getting in fights will be in the "not allowed" section.

Regardless, he made a mistake & was punished. Case closed. Or it should be, at least.

Agreed it shouldn't be blown out of proportion. But the fight thing is still odd to me. As long as he comes healthy trains and all that he shouldn't be fined for getting into fight. Unless he was drunk end etc and he was the instigator.

I bet that point in the contract "not allowed" is more to do with protecting their asset from uneccesary injuries then model professional thing.
