Tuttosport - Ag Vidal: "Only Juve!"

Vidal likes to Juve, Juve like Vidal: it is no longer a secret. This is confirmed directly by the agent of the Chilean player Fernando Felicevich: " He asks me how many Artuto chance to see in black and white? The question should be turned in Marotta. basis only I can say that during a meeting, going back two weeks ago, I gave my client the willingness to move to Juventus . While s mind that is standing in parallel with the international negotiations. I am not an involvement of the Nerazzurri. As for the demands of Bayer, obviously I can not talk about it in newspapers but I can assure you that Voeller is a partner smart and positive. In short, the time until August 31 it is missing a lot of Vidal and the situation is very different from that of Alexis Sanchez, another of my client. You decide when it is up to Juve move we are ready to agree. ". The dg Juventus meanwhile lingers, convinced that sooner or later, Leverkusen down her claims (13 million). The deal is still hot, but today while meeting the ds Sampdoria Marotta, Pasquale Sensitive to talk about Poles.

Conte decided: Arturo Vidal is the midfielder he wants!
Now it's up to Marotta to find an agreement with Levercusen before his price goes up, considering his great performances at Coppa America.
Vidal is attracted by Juve, which is confirmed by the Chilean's agent, and the deal could be soon finalized. Felicevich says (to Tuttosport): "You're asking me how big the possibility to see Vidal in black&white is? You should direct this question to Marotta. I can only confirm that in a meeting two weeks ago, I told (Marotta) about my client's complete willingness to sign for Juve. I deny that there are parallel negotiations with Inter. I am not aware about Inter's interest (in Vidal). As for Levercusen's demands, I can not talk to the papers about it, but I can assure you that Voeller is a smart and positive interlocutor. In short, there isn't much time until August 31st and Vidal's situation is different than Sanchez's, another client of mine. It's up to Juve to decide when to make the (final) move, since we are ready to make the deal".
Marotta , however, is still waiting, convinced that sooner or later Levercusen will lower the price to 13 million euro.

Napoli give up on Vidal

Napoli have now closed the door to Arturo Vidal after the club completed the capture of Gokhan Inler.

The Chile and Bayer Leverkusen player has been monitored by the Azzurri, but he’s no longer wanted at the Stadio San Paolo.

“I think it would be too much with Inler and Vidal,” President Aurelio De Laurentiis noted to Radio Marte.

“Our midfield is already well stocked. We are already very strong with Blerim Dzemaili, Marco Donadel and Walter Gargano.”

Inler has today arrived from Udinese, while Dzemaili was netted from Parma and Donadel was available on a free after his Fiorentina contract expired.

Vidal is considering his future given that he has just a year left to run on his contract with the Bundesliga club.

Bayern Munich, Roma and Juventus are showing an interest.

“I will decide after the Copa America,” said the 24-year-old over the weekend. “I have to think about my future and Juve’s offer represents an excellent opportunity.”

I'd love us to sign Vidal.

On the other hand, I think it will be a fragile pair if we're gonna use Pirlo - Vidal in 4-2-4
Conte's press conference
"Barcelona play with 7 players who can't defend, but still they win"

either Conte's philosophy will rock Serie A or it will fail hard.
we have never played a pure attacking football.
also with the 2 matches i saw for Vidal, he tends to tackle hard which maybe is not suitable for Europe

does anyone have stats for his yellow/red card record?

4 yellows and 0 red cards in Bundesliga last season, but he played more offensively than he did before and he does for Chile.

In the previous seasons, when he played as a pure DM and even as a defender on some matches, he had 14 yellow/ 0 red cards. The season before that he had 10 yellow and 2 red cards.

I don't think our defense is good enough to handle the pressure.

Chiellini - Bonucci duo is far from great while Ziegler is nothing but an average player.

I must say again how Badass Devil's transfer looks better than the others. Only his man seems very close to Juve and in the end Badass will get the well deserved 8 points.

Btw, any guru wants to claim Rossi? 8 points if we sign him and -8 if we don't. :D

Thanx Alen, +rep

Dude, Bayer Leverkusen play in the Bundesliga which is Germany which is in... Europe.
Dude, I know, I only watched him in Copa in which SA football is more aggressive.
Thats why I asked about his cards stats in Europe

I believe so too, and also even if Pirlo can help he is old and slow to do it.

If we stay with this squad, 5th place here we come

nah ill pass on rossi, tbh if i was to take a wild guess at our alternative target, it would be di maria, but that is merely a educated guess, not a strong rumour as such

as for vidal, i must admit i was nervous the last few days, the inler saga didn't look promising for napoli, but it seems to me we have a clear path now, especially since i've stated several times before, he is the midfielder Conte gave his approval for.

Its sad when an "average" player sounds so great because we're use to our fullbacks being complete shit.

Atleast for me that is.

I don't rate Ziegler higher than De Ceglie.

They'll have to prove me who's the best and that isn't a great thing to say about how cheated was this position.
