Its funny people compare him to Grosso, Grosso has EARNED the right to be called defender, a left back, I'm yet to actually see any tangible defending from Traore in his short career.

I have only seen snippets of the kid, but he has looked interesting...Just spoke with my arsenal mate, who tells me that Traore could be wicked, and if it wasn't the the quality of Clichy and emerging talent of Gibbs, he would be annoyed at losing a decent looking youngster.

Last year we brought in Grosso, who turned out horrible for us. It would obviously be preferable for us to be signing an already established left back, with top level experience, but as its now looking like Traore and De Ceglie, or Grosso and De Ceglie, i would rather go with the traore option, because for fucks sake, the left back area of the team has been a dead zone since molinaro left...that swine couldnt pass, or cross, but he could tackle. De Ceglie is the worst left back i have ever seen play in a juve shirt.

We grab that young frog centreback also, bit of a lucky dip, then add a goalscoring striker to the ranks, borriello or pazzini, get our players fit...

Buffon
Motta Bonucci Chiellini Traore
Krasic Melo Aquilani Lanzafame
DP/Martinez
Amauri/Quag

not bad. An improvement on last season, with the obvious problem the lack of Diego, but we are stronger in defence, some of the creativity and comfort on the ball lost through diego's departure is regained in Aquilani...and to a degree Krasic. Both like the ball. Its what they do with it that differs to diego.

Its going to take time, but i remain positive and hopeful of a top four finish.

So what do we have now? We`ve got a left back, who can`t defend, but can cross and possess pace and speed, and we`ve got a winger, who cant do much in attack, `cause his crossing and dribling abilities and his technique are limited, but has great energy and does a real good job in defence... Del Neri, do the maths!
