Sack Paratici Ban Badass
Now, here's a deal I'm in favor of :baus:

If we really get this guy for 40/50 M, makes you wonder why we didn’t opt for Werner with a release clause of 60 M
Because Tootise. He loves them players from Serie A with that all important experience. More importantly, a terminally injured Milik fits in with our objective of increasing the patient count for J Medical, so our two butchers have more "work" aka damage to do.

Why not just keep Pjaca rather than buy Milik.
This actually makes sense. I mean, Milik has had reconstructive surgery on not one but BOTH knees, so let's keep our own injury prone player instead. Honestly, why waste money on a tad above average striker who might collapse in a heap and be out for 4-5 months?

Assuming we're looking for a temp backup striker, the one we sign should tick one of the boxes or a combo of last two:

- loanee
- helps us get rid of a player with trade
- represents mkt opp who can be sold for more later

Milik ticks the last one or the last two boxes.

Anyone who thinks we'll pay 50m for him and are having a mini melty based on that....well nvm, nothing I can say will cure that. :disagree:

He's a pretty good striker, but I have two issues with him.
1) He doesn't seem like a big game player. He's flopped in all the big games I've watched him in
2) His injury record is terrible.
