IMO there is a hope for Ferrari or Bonera, due to the Parma crisis. They need to sell right now, they can't wait.

Riverplate, on the other hand, have a couple of guys who roam the streets for about 20 minutes every month and they pick up 3 or 4 kids off the streets, then they join them with the kids they picked up last month. They give them a few balls, a couple of cones, some cleets and tell them to play together.
then, in a few months, out of the couple dozen damn brats, you you got another Aimar, D'Alessandro, and Cavinaghi.

Their youth system's monthly budget is about $65.95.
