i agree his passing isn't great, but he is young and that will improve.

but its worth remembering that he isn't a creative mid, he is a defesive one and his primary job is to close down and destroy the other teams attacks. Gattuso isn't the greatest passer but has improved over the years.

Nocerino is still quite young so must be given time...but if he wants to have a long-term future then he has to realise his limitations...stop trying to be a Pirlo and try over-ambitious passes...just stick to ure main gameplan, being to break up oppostion attacks and lay off the ball to the more attack-oriented players...he is trying to do everything all at once, and that is where he looks ordinary...otherwise he is a very committed, combative and energetic player...all qualities needed to be a Bianconero

His defending skills and stamina are pretty amazing, but his shooting skills, passing, crossing are terrible and horrible.
