Italys GK and defense is much better, midfield is slightly better for Belgium, wingers and attackers are better for Belgium (though Conte didnt even use 3/4 of his wingers). in addition, hes a much better coach than Wilmots. with Marchisio and Verratti, Italy would have been better. the way things are now, Belgium has a slight advantage, but nothing to brag about
