Ever think maybe that's why he took a job with at most 10 games in a year instead of keeping one with 70?
Keeping tabs on all the players playing at different clubs plus trying to figure out how to play with a team that rarely plays together and studying other countries you will be up against. Yep much easier than playing the same teams twice a year

Instead of a group of fans you have a country breathing down your neck. That's not stressful tho is it.

Yep much less physical work involved, although I did read something saying he planned to put a lot of work into the NT which in itself is stupid.

Surely after 3 major trophies he wasn't tired of winning with Juve

What man in their 40s gets tired after a few trophy wins with the club they love? It makes no sense ffs how can you be burnt out having the best possible career you can have at this time.

he's a high intensity coach.
The main problem for Conte is getting the entire team to understand his methods in the short periods he has with them, but the Juve core helps with that. Otherwise it has signs to work well - Conte won't get burned out and he will squeeze what he can out of each player. I'm not sure his KO record is so important. Italy generally always qualify from groups, but in tournaments there is only focus on a game by game basis, it's not like he can be distracted by a league.
