I'm sorry, those are negotiating tactics and pretty much every coach uses them.
Do I agree with such behaviour? No, but it certainly does not bother me, especially considering the results he's gotten for us, thus far, in only three years.
Do I think Conte has room for improvement? Yes. I'd prefer if he matured a little, but he is a very young coach, and a fiery personality. Much like Sir Alex Ferguson actually, who made endless excuses for every single one of his failures.
Does this mean we should move on to a different manager? Hell no! He deserves at least one more year to show that this past season was a learning experience in Europe, and the previous European campaign will be the norm/minimum going forward, assuming we continue to make shrewd signings on the transfer market. I'd prefer we did not turn Conte into another Ancelotti experience.

Dude, everyone has their "red wings"!!!! Besides, it's probably hard to notice menstrual blood in those fiery pubes. And I've heard it's considered a delicacy in Ireland... Everything of that reddish or ginger hue is... or so I've been told by the Leprechauns from County Cork.

Sorry but, Conte is unique on this matter. I cannot remember other Juve coach taking his approach and blaming the club and signings for his shortcommings.

Every coach is different.. but in case his career turns like the ancellotti one, he will need a good 3 or 4 more years to start being a smart coach in europe. I dont mind this, but i want him to show eagerness NOW. To take different approaches to games.. to make subs earlier. To have a plan B.

But we need to do something now that we have star players...like Vidal and Pogba. This kind of things happen like once every 10 years. We need to pounce now, and at the very least, start building for a brighter future in europe.

I think we basically agree here. You take a more hardline approach to it is all. I think most Juventus fans agree that he needs to improve next year in Europe and show that he can learn from mistakes and experience. He definitely has this ability. Even his adaptation of 4-2-4 to 4-3-3 to 3-5-2 so as to suit the players we have shows a degree of tactical flexibility and learning. As does the reversion to a 4-3-3 of sorts for the Real Madrid match-ups. I think the success of that second year in 3-5-2 both in Europe and Italy, made it hard for him to abandon especially seeing as we don't have any "real" wingers. An excuse, yes, but I understand it. However, this year, it's his year to show what he's made of, and that he's got the ability to coach a major side over the long run.
I, for one, hope he succeeds. But as you say, I would not be surprised if it is another 3-4 years before he really comes into his own on the European front.
