we'll be swapping one Mancini to another :(

Look guys if Conte does leave, we might not win Serie A by the margin we have just done, but I think any good Manager can at least make us win the league, considering how much we're better than everyone else. Having said that perhaps the new manager will make us better in Europe.
we definitely cant do worse

I really hope we'll keep Conte. As of now, I can't see which replacement could fill in his shoes. We'd have to assume it would be an Italian and in my mind he is the best Italian coach out there. Prandelli is cool and would be a decent solution but he's in Brazil over the summer and I sure hope we're settled before he heads home from there. Spalletti could be an exciting option that could help us excel in Europe but I still don't see him on the same level as Conte. I'd take Lippi and his cigar back in a heartbeat (not going to happen obv) and also Montella (reluctantly though).

While I do believe we need some creative options in certain matches, I don't think the 3-5-2 is to blame for us failing. Imo it's more of a mixture between bad luck and failures at a psychological level. Additionally, we've gone into some games with too much focus on the defensive department and we haven't always been willing to make the tactical sacrifices until it's almost too late. It's a typical Italian thing and it was also the case under Capello. Only difference was that Capello's squad was arguably the best in Europe on paper.

All in all, I think it's necessary for us to keep Conte and maybe I'm being naive but I still believe he can make it in Europe. Mostly because I'm sure his motivation to do so has never been bigger.

Klopp
Pls be realistic ffs.

Mancini probably will be the chosen one in the end
Atleast he's better than Allegri and Spalletti tho.Much more proven than both of them.

Mancini would be a disaster! I would rather have Montella than him, the only positive thing about Conte leaving is that we might do better in Europe. However signing Mancini means we all most certainly won't
