Maybe he should work better?
There can be any better than that, he took us from 7th place to three consecutive championships,
he did his job,no other coach has done better, now its the board's turn. They can start by upgrading our transfer director!

from Motta, Martinez, Bonucci, Toni, Quagliarella, Matri, Aquilani to Pirlo, Lichsteiner, Tevez, Llorente, Pogba, Vidal, Vucinic, Asamoah, Ogbonna and they didn't upgraded our transfers policy? seriously? and who told Conte that Marotta and CO. haven't agreed personal terms yet with some world class player?

His mistakes in the european tournaments - his stubborness, his unwillingness to rotate the squad, his unwillingness to try something new against poor teams of serie a

I agree. But I also believe that Conte is still growing as a coach and with due time he'll take such risks. Perhaps him wanting better players is a way to boost his morale, as when the players depend on his conviction to boost theirs.

Once again - what do you mean by the "better players" slogan? Conte even asking for reinforcements for the attacking line every winter while we have 5 good forwards

A couple players with certain qualities that will raise the level of the team.

The point of playing CL is to win the competition, and this team is not yet complete for that accomplishment.

I don't see an other coach as demanding of his players like Conte...maybe just Klopp. Though it not the only formula for a successful squad, even it's what made this work for us. Allegri is too laid back IMO but great tactician. Prandelli is compassionate for his players gives them room and space to experiment. Just hope Renieri and Conte don't swap.
