Maybe. He too is a miserable shit but not a masterpiece like Padoin/Peluso. Besides of that, Prandelli can't call him up(or can he?) in order to raise his transfer value. The fact he scores from time to time, may prove useful which we cannot tolerate.

Immobile is a different type of striker to Giovinco. With Gio you pay for his ability as well as goals, his technique, dribbling, set pieces etc. Immobile is a pure scorer, so for him to be 'worth' around €20m he needs something like 17-18 goals this year.
