Today or tomorrow Conte's lawyers will ask Tnas for postponement of suspension. Tnas will decide on friday. Many experts are saying that it's likely to be rejected.
When the trial begins Conte's lawyers will focus on this:
1) Carobio's credibility, how is it possible that he isn't credible for Novara-Siena and yet credible for Albinoleffe-Siena.
2) Mastronunzio's statement of being injured reason for not playing at the end of the season. Court claimed that he didn't want to take part in fixed games.
3) Proving that Conte wasn't the only one who couldn't know that Albinoleffe-Siena was fixed. Stellini encountered players and Poloni who was Mondonico's assistant (Albinoleffe's coach at that time) and Mondonico wasn't prosecuted.

Isn't that the same things they focused on recently?

LOL what makes anyone think the TNAS is going to give a shit about it?

Mirko yelled at Vidal.

Hope no bad chemistry built up there.

No, some new facts have emerged like Mastronunzio's statement for example and acquittal for Novara-Siena which questions again Carobio's credibility. But based on some statements like Petrucci's nad Sanduli's, it will be very hard to get full acquittal

I remember that, but didn't they use that in the defense right before the judges passed judgement and it just didn't work?
No, Mastronunzio's statement is from last couple of days. Prosecutors claimed that he didn't want to take part in fixed game, so he refused to play when in fact he was injured. It was also found on official club's website.
You're welcome
