No, some new facts have emerged like Mastronunzio's statement for example and acquittal for Novara-Siena which questions again Carobio's credibility. But based on some statements like Petrucci's nad Sanduli's, it will be very hard to get full acquittal

No, Mastronunzio's statement is from last couple of days. Prosecutors claimed that he didn't want to take part in fixed game, so he refused to play when in fact he was injured. It was also found on official club's website.

I wouldn't be surprised if the TNAS judges responded in the way: "Ah yes, very good point. Carobbio is of course credible for both cases. 20-month ban".
