I don't know, but as a source, goal.com is a joke. They invent stories and publish them as fact, most of the time. I don't know if other sources are reporting that , but if it's not in Gazzetta dello Sport and Tuttosport, then it probably isn't an issue yet. Those two papers are on top of the happenings in Italian football.
Actually I remember reading somewhere else as well regarding Conte's possible involvement during his spell at Bari.

Corsport - Conte, the end may still be 3 months

After a moment of great sadness for Antonio Conte - following the failure of disqualification under the plea bargaining process Scommessopoli of sport, which was not deemed 'reasonable' by the Disciplinary Committee - makes its way, however, the hypothesis that the stop of ' Juventus coach may not be as long as called for in his indictment by the federal prosecutor, Stefano Palazzi.

The demand for buildings was in fact 15-month ban but the "forecast", talk about 9-10 months. According to the Corriere dello Sport, however, at the end of the other two sets of proceedings of disqualification could be reduced to just those 3 months the plea agreement which was resoundingly rejected by the FIGC in the first instance.

The thing is easily done. On 9-10 August, there will be the first instance judgment of the Disciplinary and Conte's lawyers will definitely appeal. By 25 August, the Federal Court of Justice could begin to reduce the suspension to six months.

Within 30 days from the device or the filing of the written judgment of second instance, you may submit to the National Court of Arbitration for Sport: sport last degree of judgment, where he could get off the final count to 3-4 months or even - according to Corriere - limit stop just 2 months, then return immediately after the prunuciamento of TNAs, better also rejected the plea bargain.

Are you sure it's really his? I have my doubts.
I am not certain it is truly Moggi, as you never really know. However, the page has been up for quite a while without any requests for removal, and the posts seem to be exactly what Moggi might say. I think I have been following it for over one year.

“Although I understood the club’s choice on Conte, I didn’t appreciate it,” Cobolli Gigli told Radio Goal.
“I believe he too wanted to go all the way in front of the judges. After all, a plea bargain is a half-admission of guilt.
“I really appreciated Leonardo Bonucci’s decision to reject a plea bargain. I think the lawyers made a mistake with Conte.”

This season seemed so nice with all of the rivals getting weaker and us getting stronger. Of course something like this shit had to happen to make it another horror year.

Maybe he is the only one who really knows something and involved in this, and by resigning from juve that will be an advantage for us to defend Conte as if he didn't know what was happening behind him.

That's said I think it's the reason why he resigned and him and juve didn't chose to defend his case.
