Again, people are confusing the plea bargain with the FIGC's ruling. Check-out my prior posts above. When the FIGC bans you from football (not a match or multiple matches, but from football) and footballing activities, you cannot have any function with the team or league for however long that ban is.

How do you know about FIGC's ruling in this case? Is it your opinion or you have a source for that?

Nothing has changed in the last couple of days - negotiations are still ongoing regarding a plea bargain to try and avoid a trial.

After all FIGC has put us through it was merely and proposal to make them realize just how important Juventus is and that you can't treat us different from other clubs and in doing so you would face consequences, hence the withdrawn of our players.

I haven't been able to find anything to give real clarity on what a ban actually means.

I imagine if it is a ban in a plea bargain, then pretty much everything is up for negotiation.

If it's a FIGC ban from Conte being found guilty at trial, I'd expect that to be a ban from football i.e. he could basically have nothing to do with the club for the duration of the ban.

That's just my guess, though.

Assholes have already rejected a plea bargain for a 3 month ban. Reports suggest Conte now has to present a better offer (6 month ban and heavier fine?) or he goes to court where the punishment might be pretty harsh if found guilty.

At second, the laws are the same for every team - Juventus or Juve Stabia, you can't cheat etc.
At third, if your team is sending 5-6 players to national team it's not giving you permission to cheat or break the law, do you understand it? no matter what impact ur players are giving to NT

This has everything to do with Juventus. If Conte was coaching another Italian team the FIGC wouldn't be fucking with him.
