Conte's plea bargain is not the only one that was rejected. They rejected most plea bargains of persons who pleaded 'not guilty'. Those who pleaded guilty and offered a plea bargain were granted their pleas.

If Conte is given a ban - he cannot have anything to do with football in our league until serving that ban is completed.

If he is banned and we go to civil courts he will still be suspended until those courts Free him or will his ban begin when the civil Courts also See him guilty?

What a motherufcking joke. About time we take a stand against the FiGC. Its unbelievable, only Conte's plea bargain rejected. I got a great idea to bitch slap the FiGC, let's play all our home games and not how up for the away games leaving empty stadiums all across the peninsula. It might wake them up and stop them $#@!ing with their golden egg. Either that or Agnelli takes Juve to france. Enough bs.

I can't believe you called that idea great :sergio: A little modesty never hurt anyone. There's another way to describe or explain your idea: "Let's get relegated to Serie B this season! That'll show'em!"

Juventus lawyers have reacted angrily and are trying to have the whole trial scrapped.

They have requested that the judges be recused from the case, because by rejecting the plea bargain “you have already made your decisions and you therefore cannot judge in a trial what you have already judged. The Corte Costituzionale in 1992 ruled a judge cannot rule after he rejected an agreed plea bargain.”
this is a very key part. let's how how it actually pays into effect

Italy continually puts a nail into it's football coffin with these stupid events. From the very best league to a laughing stock. I really hope Juve fights this to the bitter end.

If #Juventus decide to stop their players from playing for Italy national team, I wouldn't blame them - Italian system is rotten to the core

@Carlogarganese
Funny thing about banning #Conte is #Juventus would win Serie A next season even with Steve McClaren in charge. Just hurting Juve in CL

@Carlogarganese
And hurting Juve in CL is actually hurting Italy because Milan & Udinese have as much chance of doing well as BATE Borisov

@agiamba
Until the 10+ Siena players who swore Conte was honest get referred for the same thing as Conte, this system is beyond a joke.

Not true. He can train the team but cannot sit on the bench, entre the dressing room on match days or give interviews.
Wrong. That was his proposal as a plea bargain to the FIGC. If he is banned from football, he cannot be near the team until the ban is up. It would be unusual, although it cannot be ruled out, for FIGC to allow a dispensation to Conte and allow him to train the squad.

What you mentioned above is Conte's proposal as a plea bargain to the FIGC, which was rejected.
