3-5-2 or 4-3-3...... No one knows.... Now there's a headache for Napoli. I guess this was Conte's point when he wanted for Juve to be good in 2 (possibly 3) different formations. Mazzari, Mazzari, you wont know what hit you...

I think is good that Conte is learning english. Wasn´t problems of communication with Elia one of the reasons he is not playing? Could happen if juve sign another non italian/spanish speaking player. Also with the champions league, he has to give interviews in english and talk to a wider audience.

I dont think Conte has plans to leave for tottenham.
Me neither. It's not as if Conte started following football yesterday, like some of the kids who actually believe that Tottenham is a bigger club than Juventus (I'm sure they exist). Conte knows that Juventus is the much, much, much more attractive job. And his heart is bianconero, there's no question about it.

He'll leave some day, though, but not after this season, and not for Tottenham.

I bet this is what ManU fans were thinking at the beggining of Sir Alex's carreer :D

I am just running scared with all the coaches getting the boot these days that he would be offered a much, much more attractive job very soon if he keeps up this way. Imagine we lift the scudetto next year and manage to beat Mourinho's Madrid or Guardiola's Barca...
Chelsea, City and even the spanish clubs could be after him as these days experience is not a major factor. What if Mansour or whatever his name is lands his plane in Turin with an effectively blank cheque as a sign of trust to his new manager... On the other hand Conte would have Marotta planning the next coup with the loan signing of...

Who would be our plan B?

They won't change form their regular formation no matter what we play.

I can see him leaving to coach Italy, but not another club.

:boh:

What if Juve finish this season poorly and start next season poorly?

Conte could be sacked.

As long as we have a contract with him (we may renew it this summer for 2 more years perhaps), he won't leave. Conte being our ex-captain plus the faith Andrea Agnelli showed him (being only a serie B coach) and handling him a job of being a Juve manager. Don't think after all that he will simply leave the club.

In 4-5 years probably he'll leave the club (managers in Italy rarely stay longer than that), and by then we "hopefully" will have a solid and stable team that any quality manager can take over and continue the trend.

If the team wins in his tenure, then I don't see him leave for closer to a decade. Its just the bond he has with the team. It's a very personal decision that cannot be outweighed by money. He's young, and for me the only job he could possibly leave for, if at all, is that of the Nazionale. Too early to talk about, we need a little more perspective, which we'll have after next season when this team has been sufficiently pimped out.

"We know Napoli well, we're fully aware of how they play, but we want to play our own game and impose our style

Borriello and Quagliarella could play tomorrow and are extraordinarily motivated for the encounter"

Mixed messages. I would suggest our style is 4-3-3, but Borriello and Quagliarella would play as a front two...
