This the points that I think Conte should adress, i could be wrong but those are my main concern, some could be adressed by signing some good players, some i fear are chronique. :scared:

- His love for the italians players.
- Him prefering hard working players over creative ones
- His constant changing of the formations, he should stick to the one clearly working wich is the 4-3-3
- the fear to loose always damage our chances to win.
- His weird substitutions.

I said i may be wrong tough, but i think Conte has a soft sport for Italian players wich is normal, but Italy hadn't produced good talents for years.
Ah right. Just taking a quick look, Krasic and Elia appear to be the only non Italians (apart from Manninger) that aren't getting much game time, which might fit into your creative players point. I think he's done quite well with Pirlo, Barzagli and Pepe.

Can't disagree with you

The next Mercato can be very crucial tough, we could either build a winnig side for years or signs a couple of flops and must start all over again.

The way I see it; We are almost in the same position as we were in the summer of 2009/2010 season.

If we invested in better players in that summer, we would never be in the mess we were 12 months ago.

We have the opportunity to make a huge leap on quality this summer, I really hope we don't screw it up again.

Exactly, i don't think our squad is good enough to challenge in europe and would be extremely difficult to win a Scudetto with this Juve as constructed, we are overachieving right now, Conte did some marvellous job and our fist few months were exceptionnal and the other serie A team are so poor that we are sitting second right now, the next mercato is decisive, we coudl either buy a couple of WC players and continue our renaissance or get some mediocre players and find ourselves fighting for 5th place again.
