my point is, that in serie a and leagues in general, getting draws away at big teams, is wrongly looked at

they lose two points at home, you take 1 point

at home, you make the diffrence

all those examples i made, winners had 2-1 or 3-1 win/draw ratio
serie a has allways been like this, unless a team stood out

like capello's first year, the losses we had, were mostly in rotating games when we were ahead on the lead.

drawing away at udinese, in form joint leader, is good regardless how he game went.

now if we draw them at home, and we played with fear, then you can talk about courage. home games u win, away games u draw, is how to win serie a
Do you understand that right no we're on track for more than 15 draws this season?

The Chievo game wasn't that great. The Napoli game needed half time for the players to get a kick up the ass. Catania wasn't great. Roma match they were complacent. Udinese.
We show teams too much respect when playing away. We dumb our game down to suit their tactics and play it safe. We need to start from the get go playing the right players with the right formation and play our game. We have great players and IMO its criminal to change tactics and not let them do what they do well because of "threatening players" on the other team.

No, I doubt he does.

Napoli's draw was fair and just considering how the game went. Today, a 0-0 lackluster pussy footing around afraid to make a mistake tatics was wrong from the first whistle.

You could tell too, as soon as you put on a more technical player like Quag we had better chances, etc. I have no idea why he just can't start.

You know what I mean. That was our problem for the last 2 years, we showed these teams too much respect.
It's not just about us, it's about how they play too. Them and Napoli in their stadium I fear more than Milan, Inter or any other team.

And yes I agree that we should have played with 2 strikers / made the subs earlier.

I agreed with stopping Maggio, but they seem afraid to really push and pressure in another stadium. It's not like we don't bring a lot of away support.

It might be personnel.

but how can a "provincial mid table team" your words preseason show more courage away from home at big opponents ?
Oh here we go, when all else fails find some pre-season words of someone venting their frustrations since you have nothing better to say or do.

You know what you've got Zachy boy?... NOTHING, you've got nothing ;)

I remember arguing with you in the past, probably Marchisio related. Damn you can be frustrating. :D
