Remember away to Roma at the start of Ciro's season?
Definitely true, but more seems to have changed this time. He's really trying to achieve what he wants, he even got Chiellini to look half decent in possession. :D Putting pressure on the opponents, the off-the-ball movement, etc..

I'm not getting too excited, but I'm more convinced this Juve side could go places than Ciro's.

I know what you're saying, but the Juve team in Rome that day looked revolutionised as well. Diego and Melo were unbelievable.

After two days of rest granted by Antonio Conte, the group resumed its preparation this afternoon at Vinovo for Sunday's game at Siena, in front of President Agnelli, CEO of Marotta and his right arm Paratici.

Recognizing the work that remains to be done to make his Juventus perfect Conte wanted to put his players under pressure today. After a passing game and an exercise ofpossession, the Bianconeri have conducted a series of sprints on different distances and with increasing intensity. In all, players run for about an hour.

At the end of the session, to relax the muscles, the team was divided into two groups that alternate stretching and small game on small area.

Tomorrow's agenda includes two sessions: the first at 10:30, the second to 15 hours.

Huge gentelman, who knows how to succeed through hard work, discipline and iron character. I strongly believe that he has just what we need.

Yeah it is too early, but I'm impressed by his attitude, by his approach, stubbornness and lack of compromise(my way or highway as shown with Ziegler).

It's hard not to praise him after that Parma game, but like many are saying, the season is long and hard, and we've had early success in the last two seasons only to falter and fall.

If Conte can maintain the Parma sort of intensity for most of the season then we can look forward to something positive this season.

The real test will be when we drop in form, whether we'l be able to pick ourselves up again.

This team plays automatically well in the first part of the season. Wait till we string some losses together. Then we'll see how good a manager Conte can be.
