I don't understand something , mantronunzio said it himself that he was injured and that was the reason he didn't play , so why didn't conte's laywers confirm that and bring it to trial , that would have been contrary to what carobbio has said if i am not mistaken , which makes him less credible

We should just stop asking questions anymore. This is ridiculous. We know shit about law and yet we are able to see all the irregularities in this trial. That just goes to show how stupid this whole case is. FUCK FIGC FUCK PALAZI FUCK FUCK!!

so Conte was accused for 2 games and got 10 months...now only one game and still got 10 months.

AND for that game there are 2 points that got him a suspension:

1. Stellini was involved then because he was in Conte's staff he should have known about him.

2. Mastronunzio. They say Conte didn't use him because he knew about the fix.

I don't see in the 1st point how you can accuse Conte of knowing something because his staff member was involved in this shit and in the 2nd point Mastronunzio was never a regular at Siena and was injured in the last 3 games. There's an article confirming it on Siena's official site! Also, today he confirmed that Conte was not involved and didn't that something was going on.

I am not actually saying anything against the trial this time , i am dubious of conte's lawyers , conte when was asked about manstronuzio said that he was injured althrough he didn't remember it clearly and this was deemed as not credible . His lawyers could have easily found proof that he was injured , they could have easily found the official statement of his injury (manstronunzio confirmed the injury himself) . Carobbio said that conte left manstronunzio out because he didn't agree to fix the match . If they actually had sent proof of his injury to trial it would clearly mean that carobbio lied which would make conte innocent . Bad job from the lawyers

Still the strongest accusation against conte has fallen , the one for siena-novara , i am pretty sure that the second one will fall too , i just hope it does as soon as possible
