18:20- Accolte le richieste di Poloni (6 mesi), Savorani (5 mesi e 10 giorni), D'Urbano (5 mesi e 10 giorni), Passoni (6 mesi e 15 giorni), AlbinoLeffe (-1 e 30mila euro), Siena (-6 e 100mila euro)

From what i understand the new bargain deal accepted for these guys??

Poloni,Savorani,D'Urbano & Passoni were all given 4 months on previous deals.now they got 5-6.

I guess it means Conte will get 4-5 months.
From 7 months to 5 months , a deal worthy of a Gold Medal

That's difficult to say. Right now reports are suggesting the defendant (Conte) and the prosecutors are trying to negotiate another plea bargain before the trial - which Red has reported is tomorrow. If they cannot reach an agreement with the prosecutor(s) on a plea bargain, it will just go to trial. If it goes to trial, it's impossible to say how long it will take for a verdict to be concluded. Some suggest sporting trials are 'shorter' than regular trials, but there's no way to say how long this process could take. First thing is to hope they can reach a plea bargain that allows Conte to at least train the squad.

It will be fast, as this isnt actually a real trial.

People need to remember that this is all going on outside the italian justice system and that the FIGC is not a part of the italian state. It is an independant association which has its members (clubs, players, coaches, etc) and which organizes certain activities (football) and which has its own rules and regulations that its members are bound by.

So this "trial" is not a trial in the sense of a criminal procedure or a civilc ase infront of a real judge, its more of a disciplinary proceeding whereby the association bans your membership privileges you could say. Closest analogy would be a lawyer getting disbarred or geting his licence suspended.

What do you define as 'fast' ? A trial is a trial. This is not an arbitration as what you are describing. FIGC is not an 'independent' organization. FIGC is a governing body that is a member organization of UEFA and FIFA and all their trials and procedures have to be in tantem with the requirements of those two bodies [which we all know sometime seem almost more complicated than national governments]. Additionally, they're subject to review by those bodies, as well as the Italian government's own Sporting Justice Commission. I totally get what you're saying, as this won't be a 5-year trial and less complicated. But I wouldn't make assumptions as there's more red tape than you think. We just have to play it by ear. I think it depends what information was devulged during the last meeting which will affect how long this trial will/would be.

If you seriously believe Juventus can stop the Italian players from participating at the World Cup, I really must laugh.
We can't stop them from participating even in a friendly played during the UEFA/FIFA scheduled days for friendlies. We are actually obligated NOT to prevent our players from playing for the NT if called. If we do it then we'll be banned from playing european competitions.
We can do it only if our players retire from the NT, but good luck convincing them to do that.

Conte would still be doing the same thing Mourinho does during his frequent touchline bans. He'll be training the team, choose the line-ups and he'll surely be on the phone all the time with someone on the bench.
It's just that his figure will be missing from the touchline. That's just a minor handicap.

What are your thoughts on this in generall? Do you think this will have a big impact on the players?

I dont think its a real trial, it is more like a disciplinary proceeding you would have in a professional association or an arbitration.

It is an independant body in the sense that it is not a part of the Italian state or an official state body. And the proceedings are not being held in the regular italian court system but in the FIGC's "judicial" system.

How do you know? If he appeals, logically the sentence would be stayed until the trial was finished. What would be the point of appealing to civil court if the ban was already served other than getting damages?

Getting damages. Like I said, this trial is outside the regular judicial system and hence an appeal to the civil courts wouldnt actually be a direct appeal to the sentence but more of a lawsuit for violation of certain rights.

This.

But it this would be a big loss not having him roaring at the touchline.

What happened to the crowd of "relax people there's nothing into that"?

I am expecting a year ban for Conte now, a ban where is not even allowed near the training facilities.
