it looks like it isn't , bonucci's situation is pitch black . He won't plea bargain and if he isn't found innocent than i think the minimum is 2 year but he will get at least 3 in my opinion

It's not really about the cash...Palazzi wants a reason why Conte wants this and will only agree to a deal if it's more than 3 months. My guess is that he wants Conte to miss the inter and milan games + more CL.
