I'm not, when you consider what sacrifices Igor Tudor made to take charge of this mess, it just shows what a piece of shit conte is.
And fuck elkunt for not even trying too.
Tudor was/is a nobody while Conte is one of the best coaches around. Of course Tudor would give his ass to take the opportunity to coach Juventus. That doesn't make him a hero, let alone a good coach. Conte already proved himself at the highest level. He's demanding but pretty much a guaranteed success. He has guts and he's right to ask for certain things (money/signings) if he's aiming for the highest achievements. We have failed to sign him and that's on us, not on him. We're simply too shit and unattractive and I can't even blame him because when you look at our starting XI it's nothing but depressing. There's no way I'd celebrate Tudor for joining us at this stage. So far he has shown nothing and sticking with him will make us look like bunch of amateurs on the field. I don't give a fuck if he kisses the emblem and chats Juve songs. We need success here and he's not the right guy for it.

Tudor is 10000x more of a hero than Conte is to us. Irrespective of past achievements, I do not respect someone who left us mere days before the season started because he didn't have his way, only to then insults our club, the middle finger to Andrea Agnelli, all whilst he cried about leaving Juve whilst Allegri 1.0 made things better. To then beg to get the job last summer and turn his nose up at this opportunity, I don't care about napoli, they are not and never will be a serious club in my eyes, not with nut case ADL running things. When Juve comes calling, a club that Conte wanted to return to and yet rejects it, because of some promises of a mad man. I hope Conte regrets this, I hope he cries when it all starts to crumble at napoli.
At the same time Elkunt doesn't even seem to be trying, it's a shame he hasn't sold up and walked away, years of mismanagement on his watch continues.

Shall I tell you how they told it to me? I'll tell you:

I know that Conte comes to us and Napoli has never contacted Allegri for the post. The post-Conte they have identified is Gasperini. We'll see.
i'd love your intels to be right but gasp to roma looks like a done deal and conte is reportedly willing to stay at garbage city though

I really wonder how he manages to win league almost everytime in his first season, the guy must be really special
I have worked with managers who are really great at convincing and motivating and to be honest I gave my best efforts when I had those managers who consistently communicated what they want and expect. He's always been someone who was a leader on and off the field so it's a personality trait that can't be taught. Nature vs nurture for leadership is something I go back and forth because I sometime think people are genetically born with leadership skills and some just learned it through experience. That napoli side on paper was weaker than juve but he made the difference.
