" ...Antonio Conte opened the fourth of a regular series of seminars, dubbed the ‘Formazione Juventus‘, as he presented his first class with members of Baroni’s team. His session was entitled “Il gruppo si racconta” (‘the group tells its story’) and focused on team dynamics and spirit. As always, lying behind these moves is the desire to foster deep intrinsic bonds between the full squad and those youngsters looking to become part of that elite group to have progressed on into the first team.

Gianluca Pessotto, currently chief of the Youth Sector, and Academy Director Giovanni Rossi were also present as Conte spoke at length on his own progression from Lecce’s Primavera to Juventus, discussing the vast differences between the clubs and the benefits these youngsters have at being involved at one of Europe’s biggest sides from the very beginning of their careers. Conte: "We'll assess Pirlo's condition in today's training session"

"The championship doesn't end tomorrow, nor on Tuesday against Napoli"

"The absence of a player doesn't justify a change in the system of play"

"If one of the three midfielders is out, I've already thought of different solutions"

"Lazio are a strong, physical team. Last year they finished above us in the league and have strengthened considerably"

"We're currently performing beyond expectations and getting ourselves ahead for when the tough moments arrive"

"We'll go to Rome to dictate the game and impose ourselves, then we'll see what follows"

"There's great respect for Lazio but we don't fear anyone. We'll go to play our own game"

"I'll never speak about the Scudetto"

"We're building something important, at the end of the first half of the season we can take stock of things"

"We're currently doing extraordinary things, beyond everyone's expectations"

"We take each game as it comes and therefore the encounter with Lazio is currently the most important"

I think Conte is doing a great job! The passion and... madness that our players have is absolutely outstanding! Looking forward for the next win against Napoli!!! :flag1: :flag1: :flag1:

Im not suprised how Conte has been doing, the man played with intangible passion and fiestyness as a player more so than ferrara, whilst ferrara was the more cool headed one. He played attractive yet attacking football with siena and does so with us. Anyway tonight his tactics were bang on, showing grinta, attempting to always look for the second whilst remaining responsible at the back. I just hope he can try to give the subs more an opportunity as much as he can because injuries and suspensions and even he cant wave magic wands.

With Marchi now out, lets see what solution it is.
