It might turn out good that he fielded some "second string" players today and they put in good performances. Now players like Elia, Estigaribbia, Vidal and Vucinic know that they have competition and need to put in good performances to get a lot of playing time.

From what i have seen today, and i was watching pretty closely, Conte is a very classy manager. He is yelling at the players constantly, giving them instructions, telling them what to do, not just yelling " MIRKO!! MIRKO!!! MARCHISIOOO!". I have to say that when i saw the starting line-up i was a bit surprised and unconfortable with the decision to put Marchi instead of Vidal, but at the end it turned out to be the right decision. His subs were great, i loved the DP - Vidal substitution, it showed that he has a good football knowledge. From what i can see, the players respect him, and i dont think that is only because he is a Juve legend, but also because they trust him as a coach and they trust in the ideas that he has. The end of the game, when he called the players to celebrate with the fans was the topping of the cake. So far so good, hope Conte continuous like this in the future. FORZA JUVE!
